Akshay Gopan

Akshay Gopan is a PhD candidate in the Energy, Environmental and Chemical Engineering Department at Washington University in St Louis, with a focus on oxy-fuel combustion and new process development. Gopan is currently at work on a novel, staged, high-pressure oxy-combustion process with minimal flue gas recycle in order to minimize cost of carbon capture and utilization of coal for cleaner power generation.
