Barbara Baumgartner

Barbara Baumgartner is Director of undergraduate studies at the Department of Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies at Washington University in St. Louis. She is also Associate Director of the Washington University Prison Education Program. Her research and teaching interests include medical history, gender and health, issues surrounding mass incarceration, and American literature.
